Although these designs could certainly be included with the kaleidoscopes and mandalas they are a bit different. Mandala Squares Black & White
I've started a new series of mandala squares. Unlike my other designs which used photo collage, the background images for this series were created in Illustrator then brought into Photoshop to collage together. I'm calling them mandalas to distinguish them from the photo designs. I've created both color and black & white designs. Here are a few of the b & w, there's more on the Kaleidoscope page. I also added detail images on some of the designs.

Kaleidoscopes Squared
For this series of designs I took kaleidoscopes I’d already made and, copied, rotated, resized, layered, filtered, blended, etc. them in Photoshop. I wanted them square so they would have something of a mandala feel to them. I'm posting just a few here. You can see more designs from this series on the Kaleidoscopes page.

OLD FARM EQUIPMENT AND PHOTOSHOP
I don't have a name for this series yet. I like photographing old rusted out farm equipment, truck, cars etc. I was playing around in Photoshop with some of my old farm equipment photos, here are some of the results.
I've printed a few and hope to have them at the Quillin-Stephens Gallery late September or October for the First Friday Ramble.
MORE KALEIDOSCOPES
Three new kaleidoscope images.
Update August 12, 2014
KALEIDOSCOPE SERIES
Finally some new images to post. Sorry for the long delay. My latest project is kaleidoscope images created in Photoshop. Believe it or not they are all organic (plant, mineral, metal and sky) photos. I'm always looking for textures to photograph and new ways to incorporate them into my work - if you look closely you might see tree stumps or yucca spikes, seed pods, flowers, rock textures or sunsets.
I just printed some and I'm having them framed. They should be ready for the next First Friday Ramble in September. The detail doesn't downsize as well as I'd like, but if you want to see them full size look for them at the Quillin-Stephens Galley in September.
Update July 3, 2014
GALLERY HANGING
Hanging new work at the Quillin-Stephens Gallery for the July First Friday Ramble. I'm hanging images from the change of scenery series next to my Illustrator faces and still life.
